Key job responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and who has a consistent track record of delivery. You must be proactive in removing roadblocks, always looking for ways to innovate and operate more efficiently, and able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to influence internal and external stakeholders that are spread across the world, and be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives.
As the Program Manager your responsibilities will include:
Manage complex and multi-faceted programs and drive projects through completion
Work closely with Data Analysts and Scientists to identify and mitigate new fraud trends
Lead engagements with service teams across AWS to integrate them with fraud workflows
Assist in developing the strategy of the fraud response team and drive its execution
Triage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and partner with the team to deliver results
Develop measurable benchmarks and reporting to evaluate team direction and progress
About the team
The AWS Fraud Prevention Compromise vertical is responsible for detecting & mitigating AWS account compromise. You’ll be part of a team of Data Scientists, Investigations Analysts, and Technical & non-Technical Program Managers. The team’s goal is to identify and neutralize fraudsters from compromising AWS customers’ accounts.

Several years of program or product management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
Experience creating and/or improving operational processes across teams
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AWS technologies (EC2, CloudTrail, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.)
Experience working with Data Science teams
Knowledge of database technologies
Basic SQL skills
