What you can expect

As part of our Controlling unit you are taking an active role in translating data into business information and providing cluster management with support in decision making, giving a controlling perspective. Additionally, you will ensure implementation of new concepts according to our guidelines.

  • Your responsibilities will include setting up a performance management tool for the services in scope.

  • Furthermore, you will analyze the KPI outputs and perform ad-hoc analyses as required.

  • You will identify and implement potential improvement measures related to the KPI tracking and collection processes.

  • In addition, you will be responsible for the service scope reporting.

What we expect

  • degree in business studies or information technologies

  • professional experience in the field of controlling, data analysis, performance management

  • experience in creating KPI dashboards, working with BI Tools and data bases

  • fluent in Englisch, communications skills in German are a plus

  • very good communication and teamwork skills
