***This is a possible OJT Position*** Description: Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Responsibilities: - Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns - Reply to emails, social media or connecting the consumer to the proper department - Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller - Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call - Respond to social networks and other sources inquires and reviews - Schedule appointments and creating an optimal route for technicians - Strongly represent and promote our brand - Help with billing issues - Assist management team with ongoing tasks Qualifications: - No prior experience is required. We will provide all the training necessary. - Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities - Must be reliable - Must be people-friendly - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and communications skills - Permission to work in USA - Due to Healthcare Industry regulations every Medihill employee required to pass Background Checks and Drug Test before starting date and on the regular basis.
