Position Overview:
We at Boeing Supply Chain are currently looking for Associate Manufacturing Planning Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Bangalore , India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the following activities:
Manages the SFPT queue in Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES) and its Change Notification (CN) Requests for Action (RFA). Assures that all RFA Load Dates are correct in the SFPT queue and corrects. Adds any missing Load Dates (MLD) are added via the C-STAR MLD reports.
Manages the GRP BCA SFPT mailbox for all SFPT emails and reporting - keeping SFPT customer requests and communications centralized.
Manages the CMES SFPT Tracking and Reporting (C-STAR) tool and runs the C-STAR process daily – providing management and team members with daily metrics, assignments, and employee productivity reports.
Monitors CMES Order Load Error Reports queue and communicates with the appropriate MEs that there are IP orders (IPO) and/or Manufacturing Hookup/Installation Report orders (MHIRO) errors to be cleared.
Provides accurate, timely data entry of Change Notification (CN) Request for Action (RFA) orders to the Installation Plans (IP) using CMES.
Create Inability holds on RFAs that SFPT is unable to work (UTW) and send Inability email to Manufacturing Engineers (ME) to resolve issues between the RFA they created and the IP.
Periodically monitors that ACCPs have loaded into CMES prior to Load Date. Early ME notification on missing ACCPs allows IPs to feed into CMES without causing load errors and rework.
Periodically monitors load error types and quantities for IPO and MHIRO transactions. Provides ME notification on repetitive or significant errors so that they may investigate.
Participates in document reviews for governing procedures, business process instructions, D-documents, and desktop procedures.
Participates in CMES and/or 2nd Century application testing if invited.

Strong data entry skills, 10-key pad, and keyboarding skills (50-60 Words per Minute)
Time management and ability to ask for help when metric requirements (e.g. lead times) are in jeopardy
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills (Written, verbal, and presentation)
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (Macros, Pivot tables etc.), and PowerPoint
File management, data management, & analytics a plus

Typical Education & Experience:
Technical Diploma in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing engineering and typically 4 to 8 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical diploma is defined as any 3 year, or greater, diploma in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
