Kelly Services Transport Coordinator in Beloit, Wisconsin

Time for something new? Tired of sitting at the same, old desk? Then read on! Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for a Transport Coordinator for a leading food production plant in Beloit, WI. If you’re ready to make a change, we’re ready to help.

Pay $18/h-$20/h

Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.

What will you be doing as a Transport Coordinator?

  • You will be responsible for receiving all material: returns, raw materials, packaging materials, etc.

  • You'll be distributing paperwork to the necessary departments to ensure a timely release

  • You will need a working knowledge of the LIMS system and MAPICS system

  • You will be accurately entering bin transfers, etc., and retrieving data from the computer system.

  • Responsible for checking and performing inventory counts accurately as required

  • Must be able to accomplish order checking, label making, UPS and FEDEX shipping, and coordinating finished sample/raw material transfers from outside warehouses

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a forklift certification or experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years warehouse experience

  • Computer proficient

  • Can lift 60 lbs.
