VF Corporation Health & Safety Specialist in Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for an exceptional Health & Safety Specialist to join VF in our office in Barcelona.

VF Corporation is a global company behind some of the world’s leading lifestyle brands such as Vans, The North Face, Napapijri, Eastpak and Kipling.

As a Health & Safety Specialist you will be responsible for the Healthy and Safety programs and guarantee that VF procedures are compliance to internal programs and local law legislation.

Main responsibilities:

-Define and implement the own H&S program for VF Spain

-Risk evaluation for around 80 working places

-Risk evaluation for each position

-H&S trainings for new employees and update for current ones

-Follow up with local consultants the H&S program for VF Portugal

-Implement EMEA H&S programs in Spain and Portugal

-Work in coordination with retail teams to ensure all our stores are complaint with both local and EMEA H&S standards

How You Will Make a Difference…

-Being flexible, proactive with initiative, ready for change and team player.

-Having minimum 5 years of experience in H&S programs, with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 Experience in multinational company, ,

-Having experience with H&S management tools and in multinational companies is a plus

-Good communication skills, Organized and resolutive person.

-Providing practical solution

-Availability to travel in and outside of Spain (we have stores in all the country)

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills: Proficient in written & speaking.

-Bachelor University degree and Certification in H&S (this is mandatory)

-Good computer skills in Windows operating environment (Office, Word, Excel, etc.).
