Philips Serviceability Project Manager in Bangalore, India
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive New Product Innovation by solving problems of diverse scope where your analysis of serviceability data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Your development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of serviceability principles, theories, and concepts. You have to define the epics for service tools and serviceability to R&D and ensure proper development, work with markets service organization to integrate the tools and processes. In additional, you have a keen eye on satisfying our customers and sustaining a healthy service business.
You are responsible for
• Translating the general service requirements into product specific service requirements, define and manage the field service improvement plans. Analyze Service needs by defining and measuring field service KPIs, analyze the improvement potential and define a plan for implementation.
Serve as markets and services ambassador, collect their needs, and define tools, processes and solutions. Translate into Product Requirements Specification (PRS) and Detailed Requirement Specification (DRS) and work with PMO and R&D to implement, provide field feedback for service tools development, and monitor their development progress.
Work with key markets and S&SD team to plan the implantation of tools, processes and improvements based on the service roadmap and the improvement plans. Drive them into action, remove barriers and bottlenecks, and follow up to ensure acceptance, utilization, and measurement.
Validating the serviceability of the product using Expert testing in lab, FOK, lead first few deployments and ensure larger releases are successful.
Prepare and ensure service deliverables (e.g. documentation, training, and processes) are ready in accordance with NPI team requirements.
Represent the Voice of the Customer via periodic communications with Key markets and S&SD and coordinate with Engineering for exchange of product information and field feedback
Working independently and leading the service EPIC and projects deliverable E2E
Influencing and improving overall design for serviceability into the products
You are a part of
O2F Serviceability team part of Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics business defining and shaping proactive remote serviceability capabilities to provide best customer experience as part of our overall Philips continuum of patient care.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 to 10 years in Serviceability/ Service innovation/Engineering/ Customer service
Experience in building action plan based on: KPI definition, measurement, and data analysis
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence others without authority
Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills
Proven analytical skills
Experience with Lean methodology and thinking is a plus.
You have a passion for health care in a combination of the ability to act in a service business environment.
