HR Advisor

What You’ll Do

  • You will be the first point of contact for our employees to drive a positive employee experience.

  • You will deal with day to day employee queries (e.g. pay, leave, policy guidance, exit process, etc) and where necessary direct them to the best person or team to deal with them.

  • You will support C&T Business Partners on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement, pulse connects, etc.

  • You will be responsible for people related administration and coordination tasks (e.g. new starter processes, expenses queries, exit process, etc). You will conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action, where necessary.

  • You will support the C&T Business Partners and collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g. C&T Ops, Recruitment, etc) on a timely basis to keep the employee records in HRIS up-to-date by raising relevant tickets.

  • You will use the HRIS to run reports, gather data and draw insights, working alongside the C&T Business Partner in delivering projects.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, forward thinking global technology company.

  • Experience with Workday will be an added advantage
