UtiliQuest Administrative Assistant - Beltsville, MD in Baltimore, Maryland
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures that billing, clearing, filing and callback duties are fulfilled on a daily basis by performing these tasks or assisting others in completion of these tasks.
Codes out payables for the work center manager to approve on a weekly basis.
Edits time sheets from work center, and forwards time sheets to corporate office on a weekly basis.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Files correspondence and other records.
Compiles and types statistical reports.
Assists with dispatching tickets for field technicians, when needed.
Reviews and corrects reports submitted to our clients.
Assist with general office duties.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
