Robert Half Product Marketing Manager in Austin, Texas

Description

  • Market intelligence—be an expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

  • Understanding the competitive landscape—develop a strong understanding of our competition and how they are positioned.

  • Collaboration across internal teams to build product messaging and positioning frameworks, value props, and associated materials for our products.

  • Work with sales to support prospecting activities through the development of marketing materials, objection handling, competitive analysis, value propositions, discovery questions, etc.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining product related content across the organization – events, website, webinars, social media, sales collateral, campaigns, etc.

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other key teams to assist with product launches.

  • Collaborate with corporate communications, events, and lead gen teams to translate strategy and product expertise into execution tactics.

  • Has a deep understanding of our company, products and services and support our mission and brand.

    Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.

  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.

  • Proven track record in executing or contributing to marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

  • An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.

  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and with executive leadership

  • Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Pragmatic Certified preferred.
