Manager Performance Management Siemens Global

Fulltime, homebased in US or Canada

As a member of the Performance Management Siemens Global team, you are responsible for the requirements, adjustments, maintenance, and future deployment of the Siemens Operations teams. The scope offers a lot of variation and areas like operational processes, client requirements, technology changes, new service models, agent knowledge development, cost reduction initiatives, operational data gathering and usage, internal communication, operational audits and many more.

The geographical scope includes Siemens agents globally (Global Access, in-country or regional hubs).

This role includes business requirements assessment, identification of best practice, definition, documentation of requirements, change management, implementation and testing, sharing relevant information that will need to be addressed during training.

  • Analyze business issues, document business requirements, prepare business cases and provide recommendation

  • Identify, document, and establish best practice solutions

  • Digital workspace coordination, identify elements that require improvement, develop policies and guidelines

  • Identify the right digital workspace topology For SIEMENS Global

  • Prepare risk assessments, establishing contingency plans for risk areas

  • Monitor and track the status of each initiative, engage appropriate local resources, and escalate as needed to ensure initiative success

  • First point of contact for the Siemens GA Operational teams for all Operational Process issues and questions

  • Ensure appropriate requirement documentation delivered and reviewed by relevant stakeholder teams

  • Ensure appropriate technical feasibility and compliance documentation delivered by stakeholder teams

    How you can set yourself apart

  • Process management or implementation management experience

  • Subject matter expert in Agency Operations, or Automation/Technology

  • Excellent oral and written commercial English communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports

  • Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans and projects

  • Able to apply technology as an enabler to process improvement

  • Capable of problem solving - anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level

  • Integrity, objectivity and independence, and strong attention to detail
