Lead and coordinate cycle counts within Value Stream.
Train and audit employees on all Plex initiatives.
Maintain inventory accuracy and track levels of raw and finished goods.
Perform root-cause analyses over inventory variation and correct discrepancies.
Work flexible hours to address the needs of all shifts within Value Stream.
Help production and quality with continuous improvement projects.
Help training operators on existing and new equipment and their interaction with Plex.
Responsible for good housekeeping of work area and equipment.
May be given certain authority within job scope by Manager.

Capable of providing support as requested by the Value Stream Manager.
Expect to be pursuing higher technical education.
Prior experience with Plex highly preferred. Ability to train on Plex Control Panel, focus on loading and unloading of inventory as well as production reporting including scrap. Must have good communication skills and computer skills. Must have strong problem-solving skills. Must have knowledge of common spreadsheet such as MS Excel.
