Philips Intern: Change Management and Communication in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Location: please note you will be working from home due to current circumstances, normally this role would be based in Amsterdam office.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

directly influence people’s perception and adoption of our Services transformation, as part of a Change Management / Business Transformation function within a global organisation.

You are responsible for

  • Help create change management and communication materials for global use.

  • Create and edit communication content such as infographics and videos.

  • Arrange global webcasts and webinars.

  • Help guide local change management teams in deploying tools and processes.

  • Help ensure project managers get change management material to pass project stage gates.

  • Contribute with ideas for communication tactics and for how to influence people.

You are a part of

The Services and Solutions Delivery Transformation Office team is a diverse and driven team with members all around the world. You will support two Change Managers within the team who will provide you all the necessary support and guidance.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

  • Ability to quickly pick up collaboration and sharing tools like Teams and SharePoint.

  • Flexibility and creativity.

  • Being pro-active.

  • Highly proficient in English with solid writing skills.

  • Experience with video editing skills is a plus.
